Lotus Chill

This is our "chilled out" version of Lotus Flow. This classes is focused on alignment of the body, the mind and the soul. Whether you are discovering yoga for the first time or have been on the journey, you will be rejuvenated from Lotus Chill.

Lotus Flow

Lotus Flow is designed to invigorate and fuel not only the body, but awaken the mind and light up the soul. This energetic 60 minute vinyasa practice infuses ancient wisdom with modern day culture for a dynamic and fiery practice.

Hot Lotus Flow

This is the heated version of our Lotus Flow class.  Come prepared to move, sweat and clear out the daily toxins we accumulate mentally and physically in our systems. An open heart and sweat towel are both recommended.

Lotus Burn

Lotus Burn is a fusion of ab-chiseling, booty burning and total body defining moves with upbeat and high energy music. This intense and invigorating mat based workout challenges and motivates us to push past our perceived limits and transform our physique. This interval training class combines light weights, bands, gliders and core balls that allows for a range of difficulty from beginner to advanced.



FUSION FLOW



Lotus Fusion Flow

Lotus Fusion Flow is our Flow class amped up. This vinyasa yoga class will strengthen the body while the flow and grace of the yoga practice will lengthen the body and clear the mind.  



Yoga is the filament...

that unites the soul, the mind and the body. When I started my yoga journey over a decade ago, I fell in love with the asana (physical) limb of the practice. Gradually, my mind felt the focus and clarity that comes when we consistently show up on our mats. A more vibrant version of myself began to manifest in my daily rhythm, like the lotus rising from beneath the mud.

                                

This is my approach… Allow the body freedom to feel its way thru challenging and creative physical movement, direct the mind to a higher purpose and watch as your soul ignites on fire.

Spacious Flexibility Playshop 

NOVEMBER THEME: Hips & Middle Splits
Our hips hold so much. Including functional hip mobility, strength, and flexibility in your practice allows us to release residual tension, improve our balance, and, BONUS, encourage better posture!
In this 90-minute workshop, we'll work on creating space in the hips while trying on fun shapes like frogs, straddles, and middle splits 

ABOUT THE PLAYSHOP
Spacious Body = Spacious Mind is an embodiment principle that inspires the style of flexibility practice I teach. Bringing together active strength, functional movement drills, and breath, this workshop (or, more accurately stated, 'playshop'!) is designed to create the space you need to safely explore your body's end ranges of motion, while building strength. 

Whether you're new to flexibility or looking to deepen or complement your yoga practice, this all-level, full-body experience will give you a taste of the components that help your body and mind expand.

About your Facilitator, Jane Fish

Jane Fish is a lifelong student of movement. She has been teaching various forms of creative expression and embodiment practices for about a decade, hosting retreats and workshops both locally and as far as Berlin, Germany. She is a Finding Your Freestyle ambassador and aerial dancer who strongly believes that dance is just life moving through us.
